District 2 voters, how smart are they?

In what was has become an all too familiar condescending tone, termed out commissioner KItty Jung was caught mocking the intelligence and decision-making abilities of voters in another district.

On August 23, 2022, Kitty Jung railed against the will of the voters in the remarkable loss suffered by Bob Lucey to Mike Clark in the primary District 2 county commissioner contest. Despite an overwhelming defeat, apparently KItty Jung thinks the voters of that district are not very smart, in part because Bob Lucey is the chair of the Nevada Association of Counties (NACO). I mean how dare the voters not support Bob?

We wonder if Kitty feels the same way about Jeanne Herman? We found that Jeanne was on the NACO Board of Directors way back in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Did she consider that tenure as a critical factor for voters to consider during the primary?
