We had taken a lot of flack for a post penned by Nevada Liberty and a Temporary Restraining Order from 2002 we had posted. There has been significant controversy surrounding Tracey Hilton-Thomas, a candidate for Washoe County Commission District 4. The Nevada Liberty article delves into the details of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) from 22-years ago in addition to the 2006 TRO which we have published.

It is essential to highlight the need for candidates to be transparent about such issues and proactively address them. The Hilton-Thomas campaign continues to deflect and her supporters attack anyone who would dare to say anything. Rather than deflecting, it is essential to address the issues and present a narrative. You know, get ahead of the mess. There might be a perfectly understandable explanation, but without one no one will ever know and can only draw their own conclusions.

Picon is not saying anything about Hilton-Thomas, we are publishing a public record about a past TRO.  We have the entire TRO which Nevada Liberty did not provide and criticism was launched due to that being unfair to not have the legal document. So here you go, read away.
